Jenn is the Founder of Play Atelier, a Business Innovation -Incubator and Consultancy that curates year round physical spaces, hosts events, publishes books, produces films, invests and consults - helping millions access play as the key to discover their creative role in this new world.  

Jenn is best known for being the Global Head of Innovation & New Initiatives for The Burning Man Non Profit for ten of its most formative years ( including under the leadership of the late Larry Harvey’s leadership since 2012).

With over 18 years of experience launching hospitality, arts and tech startups, Jenn has a passion for designing real estate and community development models that support the start - up ecosystem.

Jenn uses her portfolio of assets to further incubate and develop solutions for her clients through her unique global Advisory Network, From Dust and bespoke workshops, retreats, creative ateliers and global Guest Houses.

She is a Partner at Re:Imagine Group, an urban prototyping lab in San Francisco and a savvy real estate investor. Jenn aims to support emergent innovation through applying learnings from her work to solve the conventional challenges of our time.

Previously, Jenn was a Partner at early phase Incubator, RedRobin based in East London after the recession in 2009 where she first cut her teeth on platform and systems thinking and was a co-curator of TEDxLondon from 2010 to 2012.
